LOVITOZ PLACE
Lovitoz Place is a pleasantly luxurious apartment to say the least. It has been designed to meet the very demanding nature of the Nigerian Law School and to make its
occupants carry out their basics with the least stress possible. This is demonstrated by the availability of the most basic of amenities within the same environment.
These include a restaurant, mini mart, laundry services, library (of course there has to be a library, duh, you’re here to study). At Lovitoz Place, the general
welfare of the occupants aside from studies is very important, this accounts for the presence of a gym and a swimming pool on the facility. The distinguishing factor
for Lovitoz Place would be the provision of breakfast daily for its occupants (who doesn’t like free food?).
The facility consists of service apartments, one bedroom apartments and studio apartments furnished with a shower, Intercom
(in all the rooms) and constant communication between the facility personnel and occupants, television, bed/setting, kitchenette, fridge, burner, microwave, blinds and
DStv services. All rooms are en-suite with a balcony for each living unit. There’s also a dedicated transformer and 100KVA generator to ensure constant power supply
and 24 hours water supply to the various apartments.
To ensure the maximum comfort of the occupants, an onsite property manager is available to ensure the proper running of the facility and respond to any complaints that
may arise.
The facility is made up of two buildings of one storey (restaurant/bar and club house) and three storeys of residential apartments,with only three units available at the moment for a Bar Part 1 and 2 deal.
